The third aspect of e7 is PVJobs, a nonprofit organization providing job placement services and opportunities for disadvantaged youth and adults. PVJobs is partnering with the Los Angeles Community College District on its $2.2 billion Bond construction program to improve and expand the nine Los Angeles Community Colleges.
